The CSCP acknowledge that the current COVID-19 crisis is impacting all agencies which provide support to children and families. Safeguarding continues to be a priority, however we recognise that we may have to do some things differently.
As a partnership we have created these web pages to act as a single point of access for anybody who needs information and resources regarding safeguarding children during the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
Government guidance may change over the coming days and weeks so please make sure you are kept informed and up to date with any new advice or guidance being produced, and adjust your ways of working as appropriate. We will update this page as more information is made available.
If you would like to share any resources or information that is not already covered on the website please email: CSCP@cumbria.gov.uk
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the CSCP are continuing to deliver certain training courses virtually via Microsoft Teams.
All practitioner forums across the county are being delivered virtually.
